Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate supervisors, site engineers and subcontractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines; manage budgets and cost forecasts, including cost-to-complete, variations, EOTs, and subcontractor payment claims; program and coordinate works to ensure delivery aligns with time, cost and project expectations; provide guidance on stakeholder engagement, including community, council and service authorities; identify design and constructability issues and support practical, efficient solutions for delivery teams and stakeholders; lead the planning and delivery of a pipeline of TCS/ITS projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications; review ITS/TCS designs and coordinate with client teams to ensure smooth handover, documentation compliance and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- strong communication skills
- ability to prioritise and problem solve
- experience in project delivery across mid to large-scale civil projects including ITS, pavements and asphalt
