Job Summary
Lead oil and gas permitting, land development, and municipal projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors and environmental specialists. Prepare and submit permits in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while overseeing design for residential, commercial, and industrial sites using Civil 3D. Liaise with regulatory agencies and local municipalities to obtain approvals and develop engineering solutions for infrastructure projects. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget by maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and presentations for regulatory bodies and clients while managing organized project files for audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
- Registered PE license in Colorado or 8 - 10 years experience in municipal land development projects
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro
