Job Summary
The Senior Project Engineer will coordinate and manage all engineering-related activities for EPC power generation and energy storage projects. Responsibilities include serving as the engineering liaison among diverse stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance in engineering deliverables, and overseeing field engineers and document control personnel. The role demands proficiency in managing project documentation and supporting construction efforts. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 5 years of EPC project experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited four-year university
- Minimum of 5+ years of EPC project experience, preferably in power generation, renewables, or energy storage projects
- Prior experience supporting large, complex EPC projects from engineering through construction
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to active project sites as required
Desired Qualifications
- BESS experience
- Strong understanding of document control systems, RFIs, and submittals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and 3D model review software
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 schedules
