As a Senior Project Engineer, you will support senior project managers, manage proposals, assist in project budgets and schedules, and handle document control and invoicing for complex construction projects. Key skills include proficiency in project management software, effective communication with senior stakeholders, and experience in tenant improvement projects. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience with tenant improvement projects
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing
- Schedule and budget creation and updates
- Sharp communicator, written and verbal
- Strong tendency toward leadership
- Understanding of the design, permitting, bidding, construction, and closeout process
- Highly proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project
