Senior Project Engineer (Construction)

Job Summary
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects while ensuring compliance with relevant codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards. Maintain daily communication with clients to interpret requirements and represent them on-site. Perform quality control across budget, schedule, plans, and team performance, providing regular status updates. Assign tasks and mentor the project team, working closely with the project manager and stakeholders to provide technical assistance. Review engineering deliverables and implement corrective actions when necessary. This role requires a Senior Project Engineer (PE) with 3-4 years of experience to oversee all engineering and technical aspects of projects from start to finish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer, with 3-4 years of relevant experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project) and strong computer skills
- Advanced knowledge of design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD
- Familiarity with industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards
- Ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines and work in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and positivity
- Strong project management, decision-making, leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- 2-4 years of experience in construction is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BIM, Revit, or LEED Accreditation is a plus
