Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer leads senior-level technical leadership and project coordination for civil and survey-related land development projects across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Responsibilities include lead design drawing preparation, technical reports, permit applications, and QA/QC; coordinate with CAD designers, survey staff, and project managers; mentor junior staff; support client and regulatory agency communications; perform and review hydrology and hydraulics analyses; oversee project delivery, scheduling, and workload management; assist with proposal development and selective business development; participate in field activities and construction coordination as needed. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and related engineering design tools; strong understanding of Pennsylvania Stormwater Management Regulations; effective interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- PA Professional Engineering (P.E.) License is required
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant engineering experience including land development, site design, stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control design, permitting, and project coordination
