Job Summary

Lead the cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) in developing next-generation Ice Protection, Potable Water, and Specialty Heated products by preparing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring adherence to internal and external program requirements. Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including schedule and cost performance reporting, and develop the Integrated Master Schedule for small to medium-sized programs. Conduct weekly project reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while facilitating alignment among leadership, engineering teams, and functional organizations. Maintain flexibility to travel up to 15% as needed and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. This onsite role in Uniontown, OH, supports Collins Aerospace's mission to redefine the aerospace and defense industry through advanced intelligent solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Person (lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, refugee, or asylee status)
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Access to ITAR or 600/500-series EAR information or hardware
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules software
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems
  • Experience with other project management tools
  • Prior experience with the systems and/or component development process, including requirements capture, design, integration, and verification/validation
  • Maintain the flexibility to travel up to 15% as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an aerospace or defense engineering environment
  • Proven leadership of large-scale programs throughout the full development lifecycle
