Job Summary
Drive business growth, client engagement, and strategic development within the rail and transit sector by identifying opportunities and leading pursuits across major programs. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including ministries, transport authorities, and executive sponsors at Saudi Arabian Railway, to support the successful delivery of rail infrastructure. Translate bid strategy into delivery execution while managing PPP or EPC contract oversight and commercial claims. Requires strong experience in the KSA market, ideally with 18+ years leading major rail portfolios from pursuit through delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in the KSA market
- Experience with PPP or EPC contract management, claims and commercial oversight, or translating bid strategy into delivery execution
- Proven success winning pursuits and developing strategic growth plans
- Experience engaging with ministries and transport authorities, executive sponsors at Saudi Arabian Railway, major public-sector clients, or JV and delivery partners
Desired Qualifications
- 18+ years leading major rail or transit infrastructure programs, ideally including metro programs, Saudi Arabian Railway programs, multi-billion SAR portfolios, multi-line networks, or full program oversight from pursuit through delivery
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree in engineering or a related field is a plus
- Deep knowledge of rail project delivery, governance, and commercial management
