Job Summary
Lead the Arcadis Project Management Consultancy team across RIBA Stages 3, 4, and 5 for a major £10 billion hyperscale data centre campus in Northumberland. Act as the single point of accountability to the client's construction leadership for project delivery, setting governance, assurance, and risk processes while managing stakeholder engagement with statutory authorities and delivery partners. Review critical-path schedule status, approve FIDIC Engineer instructions, and chair monthly progress meetings to drive continuous improvement. This role supports the first-phase enabling works commencing in late 2025, requiring substantial experience leading complex construction programmes and multi-disciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial experience leading major or complex construction programmes
- Substantial experience leading major or complex construction programmes, preferably hyperscale data centres or mission-critical infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of RIBA Stages 3–5
- Strong working knowledge of project governance
- Strong working knowledge of reporting
- Strong working knowledge of stage gate control
- FIDIC Red Book knowledge
- Major project commercial awareness
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams
- Experience leading senior client stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of risk governance
- Strong understanding of change governance
- Strong understanding of schedule governance
