Job Summary
Senior Project Designer leads all phases of the design process with high proficiency, developing schematic and presentation materials, managing program goals within client and budget constraints, applying building technology and code knowledge, coordinating with partners/consultants, mentoring staff, and contributing to client relationships and marketing opportunities. The role emphasizes graphic storytelling, design development, and ensuring document accuracy and compliance, within a strong, inclusive firm culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design (e.g., LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, CPHC/CPHD, ILFI Living Future Accreditation)
- Architectural license (preferred)
