Senior Project Designer, Architecture

Senior Project Designer at Ware Malcomb develops innovative conceptual and schematic architectural designs, presents design options, shapes client goals, and builds strong client relationships while driving design excellence. You will guide and mentor team members, coordinate with Project Managers, and maintain design intent from inception through construction. Responsibilities include developing design options for site and building work, coordinating interior design for spec buildings, understanding work plans and budgets, and ensuring cohesive design across projects. Proficiency with Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD is required to support complete design presentation packages and building/site design knowledge.
