Senior Project Designer at Ware Malcomb develops and communicates innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects; presents design options, shapes client goals, and builds strong client relationships while driving design excellence. Leads and mentors team members, collaborates with project teams to maintain design intent and quality, coordinates with Project Managers, and guides documentation from inception through construction. Coordinates Interior Design team for spec buildings to ensure cohesive design. Understands work plan and budget to meet hours and deliverables. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and SketchUp, with Revit and AutoCAD preferred; ability to create a complete design presentation package; knowledge of site and building design parameters for various product types.
