Job Summary
Seasoned cost control leader to oversee cost management across a diverse infrastructure portfolio. Lead and develop a high-performing cost control team, drive transparent cost-control processes, strengthen governance and contract oversight, champion digital transformation with scalable tools and data integrity, and provide strategic cost insights and reporting to senior stakeholders while enabling portfolio-level change management and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading cost control functions within large-scale portfolios or infrastructure programs
- Deep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong capability in contract management, risk reflection, and financial governance
- Proficiency in digital tools such as PPM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex cost data and deliver actionable insights
- Experience in driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members to build commercial and technical capability
