Senior Project Coordinator - Medical Communications

Job Summary
Contribute to the development and management of medical communications project activities, including audience generation, internet research, database management, logistics, and central file establishment. Manage and fulfill assigned tasks for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining weekly updates to Project Managers and internal teams. Utilize Microsoft Access for key opinion leader management, mail merges, and report generation. Support budget development, proposal creation, and financial reconciliation for account teams. Maintain professional communications with clients, faculty, and participants while adhering to client policies and standard operating procedures. Assist with copying, filing, mailing, and supplier performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing/communications agency environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
