Job Summary
Monitor multiple medium to large-scale project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures while ensuring documentation adherence and escalating risks with recommended solutions. Organize stakeholder meetings, liaise with residents, faculty, and leadership to define requirements, and assign resources to maximize deliverables. Conduct research, analyze data in systems, and develop reports to support projects. Lead Primary Care Intern recruitment by supervising ERAS communications, scheduling interviews, and managing event logistics for graduation and welcome dinners. Coordinate curriculum development, manage trainee rotations for Rural Medicine, and oversee fellowship recruitment and onboarding. Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and organize community partnerships for health equity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
- Project management or project support experience 1-2 years
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic financial/accounting skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
