Job Summary

Assist in identifying project purposes, goals, and metrics while developing work breakdown structures and schedules. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks, adjusting timelines, and maintaining checks to improve efficiency. Draft project communications, distribute updates, and communicate assignment status to stakeholders. Identify and document risks, triage client requests, and escalate scope creep or issues as necessary. Maintain high standards of reliability and integrity while collaborating with project team members and SMEs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
  • 1+ years of project management or project support experience
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Basic financial/accounting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and agile with changing or competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate by asking questions and providing insight during team discussions / meetings
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management; ability to identify and document risks
  • Exhibits professionalism and a customer service-based attitude toward SMEs, project stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Produces high-quality work products for various audiences, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail including written communications and slide decks
  • Maintains high standards of reliability and integrity, aligning departmental goals with the organization's mission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information to diverse audiences
  • Exercises sound judgment and decision-making skills, knowing when to escalate issues
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple projects efficiently
  • Proficiency in using multiple software programs and tools relevant to the role
  • Remote, Monday - Friday, eastern standard business hours
  • Requires a quiet, secure, HIPAA-compliant working station

Desired Qualifications

  • Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • 3+ years in a similar role in a healthcare or international setting
