Job Summary
Senior Project Coordinator in Graham's Industrial Division coordinates schedules, budgets, cost control, QA/QC, and safety documentation across pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+. Reports to the Senior Project Manager and collaborates with senior staff to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include updating schedules and budgets, monitoring labour/material/equipment, managing documentation (drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders), attending meetings and producing minutes and progress reports, overseeing change management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance through the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP) KPIs and NCRs. Required education and experience emphasize a technical diploma/degree in engineering/construction-related fields and 4+ years in general contracting, with strong MS Office and project-management software skills; ability to coordinate, document, and maintain QA/QC and safety records.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation skills
- Education is in Engineering/Construction related field; On-site coordination and QA/QC experience
