Senior Project Coordinator – Electric Power

Senior Project Coordinator for Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division partners with the Launch Manager to lead complex projects within a corporate program. You’ll track progress against program schedules, develop solutions to program problems, participate in preparing proposals, plans, and program specifications, and develop project scope documents and timetables. You’ll monitor scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs, collaborating with Technical Sales and Project Management teams to ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. Required: four-year degree or equivalent experience; strong planning, process management, collaboration, and communication skills; experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project Online) and Excel; manufacturing or product experience in gensets, enclosures, generators, or engines.
