Job Summary
Coordinate ICT project delivery, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for the Australian Electoral Commission's Indigo Program. Manage User Acceptance Testing activities, performance, accessibility, and security testing across business and technical teams. Maintain governance artefacts, reports, and documentation while tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder decisions. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and communications, ensuring effective governance in an Agile and hybrid delivery environment. This 9-month contract role requires NV1 security clearance and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating ICT projects or programs, ideally within a government or complex enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently across technical and business teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps and electronic records management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance
- A valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check
