Job Summary
Senior Project Controls Planner leads schedule management for large-scale capital programs, partnering with stakeholders to develop integrated project schedules and resource plans from early design through closeout. Responsibilities include establishing the schedule management program, coordinating owner scope activities within the integrated project schedule, integrating third-party plans, facilitating planning sessions and risk assessments, preparing baseline and progress schedules, tracking critical path impacts, generating schedule progress reports, and mentoring junior staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of planner/scheduler experience in construction/capital projects; expert use of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project; strong analytical and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
- 10 or more years of related experience as a planner/scheduler on capital projects (design and construction phases)
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Experience in construction industry
- Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written
