Job Summary
Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing project control strategies, creating detailed schedules with Primavera/P6, monitoring progress, generating reports (schedule, cost variance, earned value, risk), advising on cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and change management, developing contingency plans, and mentoring project teams. Requires extensive experience in schedule development, cost control, risk management, and performance measurement, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, SAP CPM, and Oracle Primavera Unifier; PMP and Six Sigma certifications are desirable; on-site presence a few days per week in Chandler, AZ (hybrid). SOX control responsibilities may apply where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, accounting or field related to construction
- Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project controls in the construction industry
- Experience with semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing clients
- Experience with $1B+ Projects/Programs
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP CPM, Hexagon Ecosys, Oracle Primavera Unifier
- Certifications in Power BI, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.
