Senior Project Controls Manager - Semiconductor

Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing programs. Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies, schedules, cost/budgeting, earned value management, risk assessment, and contingency plans. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, KPIs, and performance baselines. Produce detailed schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project), monitor progress, provide regular reporting on schedule adherence, cost variance, earned value, and risk. Apply best practices in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and SOX controls where applicable. Mentor project teams, stay current with industry trends, and support business initiatives. Requires on-site presence with hybrid flexibility in Chandler/Phoenix, AZ; semiconductor/high-tech client experience and 10+ years in project controls; PMP/Six Sigma or equivalent certifications preferred.
