Job Summary
Senior Project Controls Manager to lead and deliver multidisciplinary project controls within the engineering and technical programme for Poland’s nuclear build, acting as a key interface to the Developer/Client, PMO and contractor teams. Responsibilities include setting reporting requirements and calendars, producing standardized project reports, overseeing 3-point estimating with central estimating input, and ensuring robust cost control, planning, risk management, and contract interface activities. The role emphasizes leading and communicating across diverse stakeholders, maintaining schedule integrity, risk mitigation, and governance in support of nuclear build delivery, with a focus on delivering engineering and technical packages (Service Authorisations) and ensuring compliance with project controls standards. The position requires mature client interface, stakeholder management, and capability to obtain an SC security clearance, with a background in Earned Value Management and a drive to advance PMO/project controls maturity.
Required Qualifications
- General engineering, technical or business qualification
- graduate level or equivalent
- Project Controls experience in an engineering/technical/business environment
- Knowledge of Project Controls processes and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain an SC security clearance
- Earned Value Management experience
