Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients. Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow. Oversee the capital planning process for new projects. Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings. Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates, and project risks. Foster top performance and growth for employees via mentorship and leadership. This role involves contributing to business strategy and working within a global project and cost management consultancy serving prestigious companies in sustainable built environments.
Required Qualifications
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
