Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary
Evaluate data management processes to identify improvement opportunities and assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients. Negotiate pricing agreements, contract terms, and commercial agreements with external partners and contractors. Update key partners with monthly executive reports, project schedule updates, and project risks while applying cost management expertise to achieve deliverables within contract performance measures. Lead meetings with clients and manage large-scale, high-voltage construction projects in Europe's data centre sector. Must have 10+ years of experience in project controls for complex projects, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating, with the ability to head up client meetings. Based in Farciennes with legal right to work.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project controls in large scale and complex Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial projects
- demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
- comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
- successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
- confidence to head up meetings with clients
- currently living or looking to move to Farciennes
- legal right to work already
