Job Summary
Track, manage, and measure key business metrics to enable critical targets, while overseeing operational direction for project scheduling and cost control functions. Communicate financial and technical insights to leadership to drive decision-making and influence how, when, and where regional activity takes place. Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Construction stakeholders to deliver results, grow your team, and drive improvements in operating practices. Advise local teams on build projects based on data analysis of best build type approaches. Support long-term plans for systems and tools required for cost and schedule management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a similar field
- 10 years of experience in Project Controls, managing costs and project schedules for engineering or construction projects that span multiple teams within project management systems
- 2 years of people management experience including performance management & people development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using project controls systems including Oracle P6, EcoSys, or another scheduling or cost management tool
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes and terminology
- Experience using Ecosys and SAP
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, deal with ambiguity and define the agenda
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills
