Senior Project Controls Engineer

Senior Project Controls Engineer responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting integrated project schedules, cost performance, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics for large-scale EPC, industrial, defense, or nuclear projects including the SMR-300 program. Responsibilities include establishing scheduling standards and WBS/coding structures, developing resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules, conducting critical path analysis and schedule risk evaluations, facilitating schedule update meetings, implementing EVM reporting, calculating CPI, SPI, EAC, VAC, and variances, monitoring budgets and forecasts, developing executive dashboards and performance reports, supporting audits and customer reviews, and mentoring junior project controls personnel. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; minimum 10 years of project controls experience; minimum 7 years Primavera P6 scheduling; minimum 5 years EVM experience; experience with DOE/NRC/DOD or nuclear projects; advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and project reporting tools; PMP/PMI-SP/AACE certifications preferred; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
