Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and monitor construction Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for client data center projects. Review project documents and specifications to establish baselines, perform progress updates, and conduct critical path analyses to identify problems and recommend corrective actions. Lead site walks for progress validation, prepare monthly reporting packages, and present contractor progress to management for decision-making. Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks while managing cost and resource reporting. Identify schedule risks and communicate project status effectively to project teams, clients, owners, and stakeholders. Requires full-time on-site presence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry
- Two or more years of experience in project controls for data centers
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
- Ability to accurately interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences
- Experience developing construction project schedules for data center projects
- Cost and resource management and reporting
- Familiarity with contractual clauses as they apply to planning and scheduling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- This role requires being full-time on-site
Desired Qualifications
- AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification(s) preferred
