Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and monitor construction Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules by reviewing project documents to establish baselines, update progress, and perform critical path analyses. Identify schedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions, and conduct site walks for progress validation while preparing monthly reporting packages. Evaluate risks and impacts, develop metrics and benchmarks, and communicate project status to management, clients, owners, and stakeholders. This role requires five years of vertical construction experience, proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with occasional regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry
- One or more years of experience in project controls for data centers
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
- Ability to accurately interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences
- Experience developing construction project schedules for projects over $50M
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- This role may include travel to site construction locations within the region
Desired Qualifications
- AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certifications preferred
