Senior Project Controls Cost and Scheduler

Initiate and complete routine project control assignments including complex estimating, scheduling, change analysis, and cost control. Generate periodic project controls analytics through data verification and validation, then distribute and archive analysis. Perform change control by tracking, trending, and initiating action for scope, schedule, and cost changes while ensuring compliance with internal governance. Lead benchmarking and self-assessment initiatives to summarize improvement opportunities and incorporate industry best practices. Create and maintain project estimates by collaborating with estimators to establish effective cost controls, ensuring all raw materials and resource rates are included. Aids project managers in developing work breakdown structures, tracking cash flow reports, and performing variance, earned value, and critical path analyses. Maintain effective relationships with customers and support the resolution of quality issues. Full-time, hybrid role with three days per week in office; candidates must be local to Raleigh, NC. Requires three to five years of project controls experience and proficiency in P6 and Excel.
