Senior Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Project Controls Analyst responsible for cost control, budgeting, and scheduling on construction projects, including billing and collections support. Works with PM, General Contractor, and field teams to reconcile accounts, track budgets, monitor cost performance, lead pull planning and look-aheads, generate Primavera data, and create KPI/EVM dashboards. Coordinates with procurement, fabrication, and client reporting to ensure alignment with KPI and earned value metrics; prepares weekly status reports and supports forecast accuracy and cash flow management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project controls experience, strong Excel/Office skills, Primavera proficiency, familiarity with Medius/JDE/accCo processes, and effective communication. Travel up to monthly; exempt, standard M-F schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field required and at least 5 years of industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in project controls for projects $25+ million
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills; proficiency with project forecasting, cost controls, billing and project controls tools
- Experience with Primavera scheduling data and KPI/EVM reporting
- Familiarity with finance and accounting systems; ability to coordinate with AP, billing, and collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with project teams, clients, and vendors
