Job Summary
Senior Project Controller leading and developing the Project Controls team across multiple workstreams within the Advanced Manufacturing team for nuclear-sector projects. Define, implement and manage project control structures (WBS, OBS, RBS, CBS); develop and maintain integrated schedules (Levels 1–4) to support delivery; ensure alignment between Primavera P6, Cobra and IFS for schedule, cost and material-tracking; provide regular schedule updates, metrics, and critical-path/resource/cost-loaded forecasts informing financial and delivery performance. Full-time, hybrid arrangement in Rosyth. The role supports national-security-related manufacturing programmes and requires SC security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in project controls/planning or a related technical discipline
- Experience using Cobra (desirable)
- Experience using Primavera P6 (essential for project planning/controls)
- Experience with integrated scheduling and project structure development (WBS/OBS/RBS/CBS)
- Working knowledge of earned value management techniques and rules of credit
- Security Clearance (SC) required for role
- Ability to achieve and maintain SC security clearance
- Experience across full project lifecycles (bid through closeout)
- Desirable: IFS knowledge to Level 5
- Desirable: Cobra training/qualification
