Senior Project Control Analyst

Senior Project Controls Analyst responsible for financial reporting, contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project controls across projects ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in contract value. Serves as the liaison between operations and corporate finance, with direct involvement on project sites and collaboration with project teams and trade partners. Core activities include project accounting & administration, internal audits, subcontractor requisitions, accounts payable processing, materials purchasing, field payroll, project setup/closeout, owner contract review, lien waiver and insurance administration, cost forecasting and monthly cost reporting, KPI monitoring, process improvements, and leadership in contract administration, risk management, and safety. The role also supports proposals, talent development, and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety policies, and federal laws. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.
