Job Summary
Senior Project Construction Scheduler to develop and maintain a detailed integrated master program schedule for capital improvement projects (design, procurement, and construction) at the Memphis International Airport client site. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining integrated schedules, resource-loaded schedules, time-phased budgets, work breakdown structures, calendars, contract processing, and cost account plans; using Oracle Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud; interfacing with technical, financial, project management, and functional managers on scheduling, cost estimating, risk, and earned value analysis; monitoring consultants/contractors, updating schedules, reviewing AMS, and developing project documentation; generating presentations on schedules, resources, and performance; supporting project controls systems and analyzing monthly performance data (ETC/EAC). Must develop detailed schedules with resource loading, provide cost forecasts, and communicate project plans to stakeholders while promoting the value of scheduling; on-site at Memphis International Airport.
Required Qualifications
- B.S degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10-15 years of scheduling experience as a project control specialist
- Experience performing on-site work including renovation of major components within an airport terminal such as baggage handling, pedestrian tunnel, perimeter roadway and ticket counters
- Knowledgeable about multi-phase, multi-discipline and facilities renovations or expansions
- Understand the difference between and manage baseline, working, and forecast schedules
- Have at least five years of advanced experience using Oracle Primavera P6
- Working knowledge using Oracle Primavera Cloud in a construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Collaborator mindset and the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Have great organizational skills
