Job Summary
Senior Project Associate in Workforce Insights and Employee Voice responsible for identifying project opportunities through user research, writing requirements, supporting the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey and other surveys, collaborating with Centers of Excellence to develop tools and surveys, serving as a survey SME, deriving insights on culture and customer experience, ensuring data privacy and controls, preparing executive presentations, and coordinating with HR and firmwide groups to maximize use of employee data for product and customer experience improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the project and product development life cycle
- Experience in project life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Knowledge of research methods and prior experience creating and administering measurement tools, such as surveys
- Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel
- Ability to identify and communicate critical insights through data-driven visualizations (PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or other Behavioral Science
