Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the Equity and Lived Experience Innovation portfolio by translating high-level goals into actionable workplans, scopes, and timelines. Assist the Director of Lived Experience Innovation with implementing the Lived Experience Engagement Plan, overseeing contract execution for advisors and scholars, and auditing internal materials for framework alignment. Represent the Alliance at meetings and conferences while leading webinar planning and annual conference coordination to ensure active participation of people with lived experience. Develop reports and documentation for internal evaluation to refine organizational processes and guide team members on project coordination tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, program coordination, equity/justice work, or a related field
- Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Lived experience of homelessness
- Experience in homelessness, housing, human services, or related systems
- Familiarity with continuous quality improvement and program evaluation
- Demonstrated experience and ability to recognize and respond to the ways race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity intersect to further promote racial equity and social justice
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from planning through execution
- Ability to apply independent judgment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
- Data-informed approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and comfort with project management
- Commitment to advancing equitable outcomes (fairness, accessibility, inclusion, and representation) and ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including people with lived experience of homelessness
