Senior Project Associate

Coordinate project implementation in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Social Security Institution, and the Presidency of Migration Management to increase formal employment for Syrian Temporary Protection Status holders and Persons under International Protection. Strengthen institutional capacities at national and provincial levels to deliver efficient employability and integration services while harmonizing processes across target groups including government institutions, non-governmental partners, and private sector employers. Promote respect for all groups without distinction of race, gender, religion, or physical disability, with special attention to the needs of women, youth, and persons with disabilities. Ensure targeted populations achieve improved levels of employability and better integration within their host communities amidst the challenges of Turkey's 2023 earthquakes and large-scale displacement.
