A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a professional license are required, along with 15+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in key technical software. This role emphasizes client management, effective communication, and sustainable design practices.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed architect
- 15+ years of experience managing small to mid-size architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong proficiency in technical skills
- Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems and construction methodology
- Experienced in client management and negotiations
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Environmental accreditation preferred
