Job Summary
Plan, develop, and coordinate projects of various sizes while acting as the primary contact for multi-disciplinary design teams. Perform assessment, design, and construction administration duties for new and existing building envelope systems, including masonry, stone, curtain walls, EIFS, metal plate, skylight elements, and roofing. Conduct or direct assessments of existing structures and direct staff through all project phases. Nurture client relationships and participate in business development activities alongside team member development and education. Located in Raleigh, NC, this full-time role requires a licensed PE or RA with 5+ years of experience and Revit proficiency. Competitive pay and hybrid work options are available.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years' experience in the design of various building envelope systems
- Registration as a PE or RA
- Experience working in Revit
