Job Summary
Lead all phases of the design process for complex projects, managing quality control reviews and overseeing project documentation development to ensure conformance with firm standards and contractual obligations. Direct project coordination among internal disciplines and external consultants while communicating technical matters to clients and overseeing regulatory reviews with authorities having jurisdiction. Manage construction contract administration responsibilities, lead collaborative teams in design reviews and charettes, and mentor staff to inspire high team performance. Contribute to project marketing pursuits and proposal preparation. Requires LEED GA within six months and professional licensure.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
- Architectural license
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required
Desired Qualifications
