Job Summary
Lead institutional projects across healthcare, science, technology, higher education, K-12, and civic sectors by managing technical detailing, documentation, and contract development. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and trades while ensuring compliance with building codes and agency requirements such as OSHPD and DSA. Drive QA/QC of drawings and specifications, apply creative problem-solving to resolve design challenges, and mentor team members in technical execution. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM production
- Professional license within the State of California
Desired Qualifications

- LEED certification
