Job Summary
Lead institutional project design for healthcare, science, technology, higher education, K-12, and civic sectors, focusing on transformative projects such as schools of medicine, research laboratories, museums, and clinical facilities. Manage technical detailing and documentation while coordinating building engineering systems with consultants and working collaboratively with contractors and trades. Drive QA/QC of contract drawings and specifications, apply building codes and agency requirements, and mentor team members in technical execution. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM production
- Professional license within the State of California
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years' experience within the design and construction industry
- Prior Higher Education, Science & Technology and institutional project experience
- LEED certification
