Job Summary
Lead architectural projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and communicating with clients; drive project schedules, budgets, scope, and execution; oversee technical documentation and ensure constructability; participate in proposal planning and team staffing; periodic site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed Architect
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibility
- Experience leading medium to large-scale architectural projects within healthcare, complex commercial, government, and senior living environments
- Proficiency in Revit with the ability to contribute to production when needed
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with multidisciplinary teams
- Periodic travel for project meetings or site visits may be required
