Requires strong detailing, constructability focus, code knowledge, site planning, and mentoring junior staff; proficient in Revit and Bluebeam; offers hybrid work and a compensation range of $95k–$110k.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 10+ years of experience in industrial and manufacturing facility projects
- Expertise in technical documentation, detailing, and consultant coordination across all project phases
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam
