Job Summary
Senior Project Architect in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment venues who leads design strategy across casinos, restaurants, bars, and experiential spaces. Responsible for developing concepts, space plans, renderings, and presentations using AI-driven visualization tools; collaborates with external architecture firms, consultants, and internal teams through concept to design documentation, with construction oversight support to ensure design intent. Oversees consultant selection, contractor bidding, budgeting, and procurement, and works with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align project goals and design solutions. Requires expert AutoCAD and 3D modeling, strong communication, and a track record of delivering large-scale capital projects in hospitality and entertainment sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field preferred
- Experience managing agencies, external vendors, and cross-functional internal teams required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, commercial, retail, or mixed-use design environments
- Expert-level proficiency with AutoCAD and related design platforms
- Advanced experience with 3D modeling, rendering, visualization, and presentation software
- Strong knowledge of building codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
