Job Summary
Manage project workplans for staffing, budget, and schedule while fulfilling contractual, financial, and cost control responsibilities. Lead or assist in internal production of architectural drawings, interface with clients, and direct meetings during the construction administration phase. Prioritize healthcare-specific planning and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors across regional and national projects. Requires 10+ years of experience, a B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree, and proficiency in Revit for documentation, submittals, and RFIs. Up to 20% travel expected. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
- Prior experience with healthcare facility design
- B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
- Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes
- Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit
- Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally
