Job Summary
Senior Project Architect lead and execute the development of technical content for complex medium to large Life Sciences projects, coordinating with staff architects, engineers, and consultants; drive design coordination, code analyses, life safety analyses, and project specifications; manage manpower, budget, scope, and deliverables; participate in client meetings and mentor architectural staff; grow client relationships and pursue new opportunities while delivering high-quality design and construction documentation; requires strong collaboration, communication, and leadership, with proficiency in Revit/Bluebeam and experience across concept to construction documentation, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master's of Architecture from an accredited program
- Completion of Professional Licensure strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience as a Project Architect
- Experience with Life Sciences projects strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering architecture projects from concept to completion
- Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and industry best practices
- Technical proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, graphic communication)
- Ability to work independently or manage an architectural support team
- Flexibility to travel (occasional to moderate depending on project location)
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects
