Senior Project Architect

Senior Project Architect leads and executes the development of all technical aspects and content for complex medium to large projects, coordinating with staff architects, designers, and external engineering disciplines to ensure design excellence and quality deliverables from concept through construction documentation and into construction administration. Responsibilities include developing ideas from conceptual design through construction documentation, coordinating with other disciplines, leading the integration of technical architectural documentation, generating complex building codes and life-safety analyses, collaborating with Project Manager and Architectural Leadership to meet staffing needs, owning and aligning with budget/scope/schedule/deliverables, participating in client presentations and project meetings, mentoring staff, building client and industry relationships, and growing the client base through excellent service. Education and work experience emphasize a Bachelor or Master of Architecture; licensure is strongly preferred; minimum of 10 years in Project Architect roles with Life Sciences experience preferred; proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office, with Adobe Creative Suite preferred; strong communication skills and ability to manage architectural teams; occasional travel; hybrid work schedule.
