Job Summary
Senior Project Architect leads and executes the development of all technical aspects and content for complex medium to large or multiple life-sciences projects. Works with staff architects, designers, and engineering disciplines to ensure technical and design excellence and quality deliverables during design, documentation, and construction administration. Develops ideas from conceptual design through construction documentation with strong collaboration and input from other disciplines; leads integration of technical architectural documentation; generates complex building codes and life safety analyses; collaborates with Project Manager and Architectural Leadership to meet manpower, budget, scope, and schedule; participates in client presentations and project meetings; mentors and inspires architectural staff; builds client relations and pursues new opportunities; growth opportunities through service delivery; travel occasionally; hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program
- Completion of Professional Licensure strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in a Project Architect role
- Experience in Life Sciences projects strongly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally
