Job Summary
Lead design efforts for projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, and interiors sectors; oversee project delivery from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards; collaborate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural and technical solutions; build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact; mentor junior architects and design staff; ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices while maintaining high-quality project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Architecture from an NAAB-accredited professional undergraduate degree
- 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Licensed Architect in the state of Texas
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, as well as visualization tools like Enscape or Lumion
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices
